Answer:

The unreadable character are displayed in the Cameo DataHub when you import information containing non-English language characters. These unreadable characters can appear anywhere in the modeling tool. You can convert the unreadable content into readable by modifying the <installation directory/bin/modelingtoolname.properties> file (e.g:magicdraw.properties) and adding -Dfile.encoding=UTF-8 value to the JAVA_ARGS parameter, as shown below. Restart the application after modifications. The mentioned modification will not affect any other aspect of the modeling tool.
