This section chapter explains everything you need how to know to activate and/or update the license required to access and use Magic Collaboration Studio features. After installing Magic Collaboration Studio , you need to first install a FlexNet License Server before activating the TWCloud license. TWCloud uses the FlexNet License server to protect manage its licenses and help manage the number of TWCloud licenses used by concurrent clients. You need to import a floating license key of TWCloud to the FlexNet License Server before you can activate it from the Teamwork Cloud Admin (TWCloud Admin).

1. Install and start the FlexNet license server.
2. Check if the FlexNet server is running.
3. Add the Magic Collaboration Studio license to the FlexNet server.
