The User is usually created to work on authorized resources via modeling tool. There There are two categories of users in the TWCloud system: internal and external.
- Internal users - are originally created in Teamwork Cloud Admin and therefore , their usernames, passwords, and other data are stored in TWCloud.
- External users - are from LDAP servers who have been were imported into the TWCloud system or SAML users who have passed the authentication process and were automatically created as external users in TWCloud.
The User User group is used to group users and hand out , assigning the same role assignments the users (members) to all users in the same group, you . You can manage both internal and external groups.
