You can open previous document versions to easily track content changes made by you or other users. Additionally, you can share links to specific document versions to show a snapshot of contents to your team members from specific points in time.

Accessing historical version document

To view historical version of a Cameo Collaborator document

1. Open the Resources application.
2. Click  next to a Cameo Collaborator document. Then:
   1. Select Resource history.
      
      
      
      OR
      
      
   2. Select Resource details and click View all at the bottom of the History card in the Resource pane.
      
      
      
      
      
3. In the document history view, click next to the version you want to open and select Open.
   
   
   
   
4. The  icon on the right of the app bar indicates that you are viewing a historical document version. Click this icon to see version information:
   
   

Sharing link to historical version

You can share a link to a specific historical version of a Cameo Collaborator document. The recipient can access the document exactly as it appeared at that point in time.

To share historical version link

1. Follow the steps to open document history view.
2. In the document history view, click next to the version you want to share and select Get resource link.
3. In the dialog that opens with the document link:
   • Click Copy to copy the document link;
   • Toggle the Public switch if you need a public link, then click Copy.
