Description The NSV-7 is the System Typical Quality Requirements Matrix and depicts the performance characteristics of a Functional Resource (system, role, or capability configuration). The System Typical Quality Requirements Matrix expands on the information presented in an NSV-1 by depicting the characteristics of the Functional Resources shown in the NSV-1. The System Typical Quality Requirements Matrix View specifies qualitative and quantitative characteristics of functional resources and the performance parameters of each resource.
