The installer file includes both TWCloud and the TWAdmin in its installation package. Once the installation completes, you will have both TWCloud and TWAdmin installed on your machine. 


To install TWCloud by using the installer file on Linux


  1. Run the file: twcloud_190_installer_linux64.bin 

    $ sudo ./twcloud_190_installer_linux64.bin

    The Introduction section will appear. If you want to change something on a previous installation step, type 'back'. You may cancel the installation at any time by typing "quit".

  2. Press Enter to continue. The License Agreement section will appear.
  3. Press Enter to go through the license agreement. 

  4. Enter "Y" to accept the license agreement and press Enter.
  5. Type the the IP of the machine and press Enter

  6. Type the the IP of the node and press Enter

  7. Type the name of the Linux user on which the TWCloud server will run and press Enter.

  8. Type the Java home location (or press Enter to select default location selected by the installer).

  9. Select an install folder to install TWCloud (or press Enter to select the default location). 

    The Pre-Installation Summary section will appear.

  10. Press Enter to continue. 
  11. Press Enter to start installing TWCloud. Once it has been successfully installed, the installation complete message will appear.

  12. Press Enter to exit the installer.

Warning

If the installation path contains any of the following characters like '[', ']', '(', ')', '!', '@', '#', '$', '#', '%', '{', '}', '+', '=', or ';' the installation procedure cannot be completed successfully and the login page will not load. The install path in the above example is /Home/admin/TeamworkCloud, which does not contain any of the special characters, so the installation will not fail.
