Creating SvcV-10a table

To create an SvcV-10a table, do either

• Click the Add New button to add a new Resource Constraints. The new row in the table is created. Select constrained element (Resource Artifact, Software,  Capability Configuration, Organization , Post, Function, Data Element, Resource Exchange).
•  Click the Add Existing button and select Resource Constraint from the model.
