Creating SvcV-10a table

To create an SvcV-10a table, do either

• Add a new Resource Constraint by clicking the Add New button. The new row in the table is created. Select constrained Systems Element (System, Software,   Capability Configuration, Organization Type , Person Type, Function, Exchange Element, Entity Item, Resource Interaction).
• Add existing Resource Constraints by clicking the Add Existing button and select Resource Constraints from the model.
