The NCV-6 Product describes the mapping between the capabilities required by an Enterprise and the operational activities that those capabilities support.
Implementation
NCV-6 can be represented using a NCV-6 diagram which is an editable Dependency Matrix. The Capabilities will be used as row elements and the Operational Activities will be used as column elements.

The NCV-6 View provides a bridge between capability analyses using NCVs and operational activities analyzed using NOVs. Specifically, it identifies how operational activities can be performed using various available capability elements. It is similar in function to the NSV-5 which maps system functions to operational activities.
