To create a P2 diagram

  1. Create Resources Roles or drag Resources from the Containment tree directly to the diagram.
  2. Specify the types of the Resource Roles.
  3. Associate Resource Roles using Resource Connectors or Resource Interfaces.
  4. Create Resource Ports.
  5. Specify the types for the Resource Ports.

A P2 diagram allows to show the provided and required services by the particular Resource Roles.
