Creating C7 Actual table

To create a C7 Actual table, do either

• Add a new measurable Capability by clicking the Add New button and select one or more Capabilities that have at least one Measurement Set, defined (see C7), and then specify the values of each Actual Measurement in the table cells. 
• Add the existing Actual Property Sets by clicking the Add Existing button and select the existing Actual Property Sets.

• Add the missing Actual Measurements by clicking the Add Missing Measurements button to update model changes to the table.
