Creating SvcV-8 diagram

To create a SvcV-8 diagram, do either

• Create or select existing Whole Life Configuration element and create its own SvcV-8 diagram.
• Create SvcV-8 diagram under the Package. The Whole Life Configuration as the owner is created automatically.
