This section contains information that you need to know to manage users and user groups of Teamwork Cloud.
User is usually created to work on authorized resources via No Magic modeling tool. There are two categories of users in the TWCloud system: internal and external.
- Internal users - are originally created in Teamwork Cloud Admin and therefore, their usernames, passwords, and other data are stored in TWCloud.
- External users - are from LDAP servers who have been imported into the TWCloud system or SAML users who have passed the authentication process and automatically created as external users in TWCloud.
User groups is used to group users and hand out the same role assignments the users (members) in the same group, you can manage internal and external groups.
